• Prepares dining room that seats 75 customers by clearing and setting tables

• Stocks inventory for dessert cases of 20 cakes by unboxing and plating

• Plates and embellishes desserts and prepares coffee

• Counts money at the end of the night and puts money in the restaurant’s safe and bringing excess money to the bank

• Closes restaurant independently in evenings

• Updates Facebook and Instagram accounts for announcing events and posting club activities

• Sends out emails for meetings to remind members and attract new members

• Plans events with other e-board members every other week to stay organized
